Manufacturing Requirements

Manufacturing uses the actual output, hull or module size, tier, and advanced industry bill. The old flat per-tier fee formula no longer applies.

Field notes

Choose a blueprint in U > Manufacturing to see all required materials, the fabrication fee, licenses and array availability. The individual wiki equipment pages list the unresearched bill, including advanced components and gas products.

Base hull fees rise from 100 credits for a Departure Corvette to 2,500 for light, 25,000 for medium, 150,000 for heavy and 1,500,000 for native capitals. Higher reality capitals require substantially more materials and credits.

A successful job produces its output and puts that array into its cycle lockout. Time research shortens the lockout; buying missing materials does not consume a license or start the job.

Materials are counted in cargo and storage at the current station. The bill includes advanced industry inputs. Material research reduces eligible industry lines; the in-game review shows the final researched quantities. Catalog copy value is a reference value, not a promise of local availability or a player sell order.
