   Take a suitable contract

   Choose a station contract and read its actual objective and return requirements. Rewards are subject to the active income tax.

   Resolve a signal

   Combat, mining, salvage and hacking signals each have eight base variants. Complete scanning before entering.

3. 03

   Control combat reserves

   Relay leaders call later flights. Clear escorts first if the fit cannot sustain overlapping waves.

4. 04

   Watch for the command response

   Non-rookie combat sites have a seeded 8–24% boss chance by type after ordinary escorts. Leaving does not reroll that chance.

5. 05

   Follow a true escalation

   The separate five-stage escalation chain has its own destination and progression. Review the stronger boss budget rather than reusing an ordinary-site assumption.
